This role coordinates Discovery Days, Job Shadow experiences, alumni mentorship, and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in related field or equivalent experience/training.
• Ability to develop and manage employer engagement programs and partnerships.
• Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision for employer engagement programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and academic units.
• Advance alumni engagement and mentorship opportunities.
• Recruit and steward external partners for Career Services programs and events.
• Coordinate communications, scheduling, and logistics for programs and events.
• Monitor outcomes and use data to improve programs.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and scalable engagement models.
• Represent Career Services at employer and alumni engagements.
