Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners seeks a Student Assistant - Alumni Outreach to support engagement projects, research, and communications for ASU's alumni network. You will draft materials, manage decks, and help maintain the alumni story database.

Reporting to the Alumni Outreach Manager, the role offers a hybrid schedule with time for hands-on learning and professional development within ASU's Outreach Hub.

Qualifications

• Current ASU student pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field and willing to learn.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
• Ability to work in a data-driven team.
• Experience with collaborating across teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create initial drafts of presentations and briefs for stakeholders
• Maintain reporting decks and documents as assigned
• Assist with alumni story database and ASU Alumni site
• Lead select projects and assist with alumni engagement tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the ASU Outreach Hub
• Contribute to projects related to Sun Devil Rewards
• Review literature and research on alumni engagement strategies
• Document alumni engagement efforts across the ASU Enterprise
• Analyze data from internal and external partners
• Utilize Salesforce, Wrike, Google and Microsoft suites as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
