Job summary

Arizona State University seeks an Administrative Support Specialist 2 to provide intermediate to complex administrative support to leadership within Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management. The role focuses on managing the Community Groups program, planning annual activities, and coordinating in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences including Summer Camp.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will coordinate stakeholders, create materials, and drive information sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate priorities into programming and experiences.
• Experience designing human-centered programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with project management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Groups planning, coordination and ongoing evolution.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders to understand needs and engage.
• Develop annual plans, agendas, workbooks and materials for continuity.
• Oversee documentation and reporting to support decision-making.
• Champion AI and emerging tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and camps.
• Direct student workers and prep spaces/materials for events.
