US Tech Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Commercial Learning + Development, Leadership Development to plan, deliver, and continuously improve New to Role Learning journeys for US Commercial teams in Foster City, CA. The role blends virtual and in-person experiences with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs, developing training on communication, analytics, coaching, and cross-functional learning; ensuring regulatory and compliance

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 5+ years of training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Commercial, field-based learners and coordinating vendor projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new to role learning programs for US Commercial employees.
• Develop and execute training on communication, analytics, coaching, and cross-functional learning.
• Ensure materials comply with regulatory guidelines with Compliance and Legal.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status updates with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and meetings.
• Track attendance, feedback, and metrics to measure program impact.
• Facilitate training calls and workshops as needed.
