Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks a Regional Enrollment Manager I in Pittsburgh, PA to drive enrollment by providing admission and financial aid counseling to domestic traditional and non-traditional students transitioning to the University. You will offer information about admissions processes, assist students in selecting majors, and build relationships with key partners and prospective students.

This role may supervise recruitment officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in college admissions or recruiting required.
• Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal communication, writing, and public speaking skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission and financial aid counseling to domestic traditional and non-traditional students transitioning to The University of Toledo.
• Offer accurate information about admissions processes, policies, programs, and resources; assist students in selecting majors and planning educational strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and prospective students; promote the University and build external relationships.
• Work autonomously to develop relationships with enrollment partners and manage the enrollment of new students; may supervise recruitment officers.
