AHL Healthcare Group in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead operational facets of the Adult Foster Care program. You will oversee licensing compliance, staff training, scheduling, and client support to help residents live happy, healthy lives.

This full-time role requires a relevant human-services degree or equivalent experience, strong organization, and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with FT experience preferred.
• Associate degree in human services with FT work experience required.
• Diploma in human services with FT work experience acceptable.
• Minimum 50 hours of education/training in human services with 4 years FT experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing compliance, hiring, scheduling, and client needs for the program.
• Lead staff training, meetings, and oversee client behavioral management and support planning.
