Job summary

You will ensure licensing compliance, hire and train staff, schedule activities, oversee client needs, and develop behavior management and support plans.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in human services with 1 year FT work experience.
• An associate degree in human services with 2 years FT work experience.
• A diploma in human services with 3 years FT work experience.
• A minimum of 50 hours of education/training in human services with 4 years FT work experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and ensure licensing compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Schedule activities and coordinate client needs.
