Job summary

Fresh Winds seeks a Program Manager to empower staff and ensure successful services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will lead operations of supported living homes, supervise staff, and coordinate ISP/PCP development with an interdisciplinary team.

You will manage schedules, documentation, and budgets, ensure Medicaid documentation, and collaborate with families, case managers, nurses, and HR to maintain high-quality care. Full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains staff per regulations and policies.
• Participates in ISP/PCP development with interdisciplinary team.
• Schedules staff in line with budget and service plans; covers emergencies.
• Ensures timely completion of documentation and maintains client files.
• Manages home repairs and maintenance; ensures safety and compliance.
• Supports Medicaid eligibility through appointments and documentation.
• Communicates with families, case managers, nurses, schools, landlords, and others.
• Participates in meetings including ISP, PCP, IEP, and staff training.
