Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordinating, supervising and overall management of daily program operations, including performance measures, financials, staffing and reporting.
• Ensure operations comply with contracts, licensing, grants and regulations at all levels.
• Collaborate on grant proposals and community activities.
• Prepare and submit program and organizational reports in a timely manner.
• Lead staff meetings, ensure coverage and manage time off requests and staffing levels.
• Prepare for inspections and audits by relevant authorities.
• Assist with screenings, assessments, intakes and counseling as needed and carry a caseload when warranted.
• Represent the organization publicly on substance use and mental health topics.
