Job summary

Aspiranet, a California-based nonprofit, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Program Director to join our Behavioral Health division. You'll lead on-site program operations in Hanford, CA, guiding therapy, crisis intervention, and skill-building tailored to individuals’ needs while ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and partnership with CPD II, funders, and regulators to promote quality services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ACSW, AMFT, or APCC is Required
• Master's Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework in family or child welfare, or two years in foster/adoption agency.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop local annual core program strategic plan and budget.
• Manage core program(s) to operational, contractual, budgetary, and practice standards.
• Operate programming within budgetary limits and complete financial reporting in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Complete administrative paperwork on time.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise, and develop direct reports per licensing regulations.
• Provide back-up on-call and crisis support.
