Job summary

Progress Valley, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead treatment services in behavioral health within Residential & Outpatient Services.

You will supervise staff, manage program operations, and align with core values while partnering with the Senior Director of Clinical Services. This exempt, full-time role requires licensure as LADC - Supervisor, strong crisis tolerance, ethical practice, and the ability to advance quality care across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• LADC license required and supervisor eligibility.
• Minimum three years of direct behavioral health administration.
• Experience with budgeting and program supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage crises and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic services consistent with agency philosophy, client needs, and client-centered care.
• Collaborate with Central Access to maintain census and completion rates by managing intake and discharge processes.
• Provide counseling services, facilitate groups, and support clients when staff are unavailable.
• Identify client needs and connect them to appropriate internal or external resources.
• Participate in alumni engagement, community education, and advocacy activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards with staff and clients.
• Conduct chart reviews and audits and ensure documentation accuracy for open and closed files.
• Communicate regularly with the Senior Director of Clinical Services through reports and supervision.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
