Job summary

Babson College seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive operational excellence for its Centers & Institutes. You will lead end-to-end program delivery, design session run-of-show, coordinate speakers, and ensure quality in-person and virtual events.

The role requires 6–8 years in program design/management, strong collaboration, and proficiency in Office tools, Canvas/Canva, SharePoint, and online platforms (Webex/Zoom). Hybrid on-site 1–2 days weekly with benefits included.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
6-8 years in program design and management, communication, and academia.
Experience overseeing multiple initiatives in an agile, fast-moving environment.
Strong collaboration across functions and leaders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canvas, Canva, SharePoint, and online platforms (Webex, Zoom).
Creative problem-solving, marketing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of programs across the Centers & Institutes portfolio, defining objectives and executing high-quality sessions.
Work in Agile program operations, translating initiatives into clear requirements and backlog health.
Manage platforms and data integrity (Cvent, Salesforce, Canva, Qualtrics; Webex/Zoom) for registrations and dashboards.
Build and sustain stakeholder relationships with campus partners, alumni, donors, and external orgs.
Standardize execution with scalable checklists, templates, and file architecture.
Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers and student workers for events.
May handle marketing tasks such as newsletters and social media.
