Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with travel arrangements, reimbursements and registration software.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-degree certificate programs with program directors and faculty.
• Manage recruitment, admissions and onboarding; market to national and international audiences.
• Collect and analyze data for program reports.
• Plan and execute program events and related logistics.
• Oversee Center-sponsored programming, including venues, AV, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for Responsible Conduct of Research program.
• Prepare financial records and reports; ensure compliance with policies.
