Overview

GKG is seeking a Program Manager to join our team for an upcoming contract award in support of INSCOM.

Responsibilities

1. Manages the entire 430+-person Task Order services program to include subcontracts.
2. Directs supervision of 18 Senior Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Site Leads.
3. Lead as the primary contact for all program matters between customers, subcontractors, project leadership teams, and corporate.
4. Manages the contract services’ cost, schedule, performance, and risk services.
5. Manages programs/projects with required resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities to include SCIFs and geographically dispersed customers, both domestic and international.
6. Provides financial management oversight for the Task Order and maintains budget guidelines and schedules.
7. Accomplishes program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to meet users’ operational needs.
8. Optimizes program/project execution processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of mission operating system.
9. Responsible for meeting and communicating Task Order milestones and deliverables.
10. Serves as the alternate point of contact for program/project matters for INSCOM.
11. Develops and maintains program plans and schedules.
12. Ensure sufficient and proper personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment utilization.
13. Briefs senior client and corporate leadership on program status, successes, and challenges.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. An active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is required.
2. Master’s degree from an accredited college/university with a major or concentration in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 15-20 years of successful managerial experience on DoD programs and projects that provided worldwide maintenance, facility engineering, and logistics support.
3. Project management certification.
4. Demonstrated knowledge in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks for large complex domestic and international programs/projects.
5. Experienced in leading, directing, decision-making, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
6. Experienced in contract management and program/project financial management.
7. Management experience in information operation, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), and military intelligence operations.
8. Experienced in DoD Planning, Programming and Budgeting System, and proven ability in fiscal and business.
9. Proficient in planning and executing Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) ISR system deployment and sustainment.
10. Ability to correctly interpret and direct the accomplishment of Performance Based contract requirements.
11. Proven ability to develop, collect, analyze, and report of personnel requirements, configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering, warehousing, material management, and maintenance activities.
12. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
