About the Role

This is a contractor (W9) opportunity for an estimated duration of 4 months. Fully remote!

Key Responsibilities

• Take frequent direction and relieve workload from the Senior Operations Excellence Manager.
• Drive the establishment of the Reporting COE:
• Participate and help create a vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting (what reports, for whom, why, and how).
• Define and deliver standards, policies, governance practices, etc.
• Coordinate between internal and offshore delivery:
• Work closely with an India-based Developer and Architect.
• Act as a bridge between business goals and the offshore implementation team.
• Ensure alignment and delivery:
• Make sure the COE outputs (roadmap, standards, initial reports) are being created on time and within scope.
• Monitor the offshore teams' execution quality and timelines.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Other Program Management Responsibilities with the PMO Office as assigned.

Preferred Experience

You'll be most successful if you have experience with:

• Enterprise reporting
• Large siloed organizations
• Data Analysis
• IT Project Management with offshore developers.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management within the software development, professional services, and data analytics delivery environment.
• 1-2 years of business analyst experience in the software development/services delivery environment.
