TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a complex maintenance data environment supporting inactive equipment assets. You will ensure accuracy, integrity, and readiness of maintenance databases and systems handling thousands of units.
You will lead maintenance operations, supervise contractor personnel, and ensure compliance with government directives and reporting standards, while coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands.
The Program Manager will oversee the administration and performance of a complex maintenance data environment supporting inactive operational equipment assets. This includes ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of maintenance databases and systems handling thousands of equipment units and associated support infrastructure. This individual will provide leadership across maintenance operations, supervise contractor personnel, and ensure compliance with established Government maintenance directives, policies, and reporting standards.
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
