Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Hampton, VA is expanding its sales team and seeking Sales Consultants. No prior sales experience is required; the role offers growth opportunities, a strong income potential, and a company investing in its buildings, staff, and community.

Base pay is $40.00–$55.00 hourly for a full-time position, with above-average industry pay and a range of benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, paid vacation, training, flexible hours, and employee vehicle purchase

Qualifications

• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Demonstrate vehicles with high quality presentations.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales and follow the sales process per company standards.
• Report progress to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Must have a clean & valid drivers license
