Mills Automotive Group in Pineville, NC invites driven individuals to join its Manager Training Program. This pathway leads to the highest levels of management through sales, leadership and comprehensive automotive retail training led by senior management.

You'll learn products, build relationships with customers, and progress through structured curriculum. The program offers base salary with commissions, health/dental, 401(k), and ongoing development, with strong emphasis on internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Social media and brand awareness experience is preferred.
• Enthusiastic and great work ethic.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a background check for employment.
• College graduate.

Responsibilities

• Use social media tools to attract new clients and brand awareness.
• Contact current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities.
• Reply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and fresh walk-in customers.
• Learn product knowledge on current model line and become a certified product representative.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
