Job summary

Classic Kia of Smithfield is seeking a energetic Sales Associate to greet customers, present vehicles, discuss features, and build rapport in a fast-paced, high-energy showroom environment. You will learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in alignment with company standards, with compensation based on commission and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers in showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
