Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead day-to-day client activities and oversee the end-to-end execution of prescription-related programs. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams, craft client communications, and drive project scheduling, reporting, and invoicing to ensure success across ConnectiveRx accounts.

Your background includes 3–5 years in account management within healthcare services, strong RFP and contracting experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in account management with client relationship responsibility or related sales in life sciences/healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of RFP processes and contracting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day client contact to ensure excellent execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
• Gathers information for RFPs/SOWs and coordinates with internal approvers; supports renewal processes.
• Coordinates program setup with internal teams and clients; monitors program performance.
• Develops account activity/status updates, reporting, and invoicing; creates actionable insights from data.
• Contributes to account management strategy and identifies opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements.
