Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience with cross-regional or global teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of workforce planning and operational tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to stay on track.
• Align with Metrology, Process & Wet Bench tools to meet system dates and ensure a seamless transition.
• Analyze installation and qualification data to identify trends, delays, and potential issues.
• Provide support on Product Life Cycle and Tool Governance.
• Drive weekly status meetings with key stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Provide weekly updates to management.
