Job summary

Stream Data Centers seeks a Data Center Operations Project Manager in the Phoenix-Goodyear area to plan, execute, and deliver operational projects that ensure uptime, security, and scalable growth. You will collaborate with Operations, Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, and external vendors in a 24x7 mission-critical setting to drive efficiency and reliability.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination within an enterprise PMO, with a focus on profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, and facilities engineering or IT infrastructure environments
• Proven experience managing projects in live, mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, including power, cooling, redundancy, and uptime concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center operations projects including facility upgrades and retrofits, power/cooling improvements, capacity expansions, and lifecycle replacement.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance windows, cutovers, and changes with minimal uptime impact.
• Manage vendor selection, onboarding, contracts, and performance while tracking forecasts and variances.
• Apply PMO standards, governance, and change management across projects.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery.
