ASM is a global leader in semiconductor equipment, committed to innovation and sustainable growth. The Operations Specialist will support day-to-day business operations, acting as a liaison across teams to drive efficiency and service excellence.

You will analyze data, prepare dashboards, and coordinate projects from kickoff to delivery, requiring 2–5 years in a high-tech environment, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily operational activities to ensure continuity and service delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and publish operational data and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities to meet business objectives.
• Support project initiatives and track milestones and actions.
• Assist with change management and user adoption efforts.
