• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and process controls at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO operations function for a portfolio of programs in global data center operations.
• Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance with stakeholders.
• Build detailed plans, schedules, resource models, and reporting cadences across initiatives.
• Establish governance standards to improve quality, accountability, and consistency.
• Coordinate across operations, engineering, facilities, product, and business units.
• Identify dependencies and risks; develop mitigation plans and drive closure.
• Serve as primary contact for program health, executive updates, and escalations.
