ASM is seeking an Operations Specialist in Phoenix to strengthen daily operations and drive service excellence in a high-tech setting. You will liaise between internal teams, logistics and stakeholders to optimize workflows and performance.

Qualifications

2-5 years of customer service in a high-tech environment or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or related function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems.

Responsibilities

Execute and support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and service delivery.
Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate activities across departments to align with business objectives.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
