Job summary

WorkLLama is seeking a versatile Project Manager & Data Analyst for a hybrid role that bridges project management with operational analytics. You will track milestones, document requirements, and transform large datasets into actionable insights, building dashboards and KPI trackers for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, manage UAT, and develop clear, data-backed recommendations. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required, with SQL/Databricks preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in project coordination, PM, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
• SQL or Databricks experience preferred.
• Procurement or supply chain familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support overall project planning, timeline maintenance, action item tracking, risk identification, and regular status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, manage stakeholder follow-ups, and gather input across business and IT teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document core business requirements, operational process steps, and key decisions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test case tracking, defect/issue logging, and resolution follow-up.
• Analyze procurement, supplier, spend, pricing, volume, and category data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, and KPI trackers.
• Clean, transform, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency.
• Synthesize findings into clear summaries, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for project leadership.
• Develop and maintain simple process documentation, standardized data definitions, and user training materials.
