RSA Engineered Products LLC is seeking a Program Management Intern for an on-site internship in Simi Valley, CA. You will assist with learning the business, supporting projects, and following the lead of the Program Manager.

You will gain exposure to both hardware and software aspects, learn procedures, and develop documentation skills while contributing as a team member in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited, full-time degree program in Engineering, Technology, Business or related technical discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solver, self-starter, and team player.
• Capable of working independently as needed.
• Strong computer skills and ability to write test procedures or other documentation.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business and product lines, whether hardware or software side.
• Support various on-going projects and assist the Program Manager/Lead.
• Learn company processes and procedures and become familiar with industry standards.
• Perform duties as assigned and contribute to project documentation.
