Job Summary

PennAero is hiring a Senior Program Manager at RSA Engineered Products in Simi Valley, CA. RSA provides flight‑critical components and assemblies for the commercial, defense, and business jet markets. RSA designs and produces custom‑engineered high‑pressure/high‑temperature ducting assemblies and other aerospace components that meet stringent customer needs.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control, and manage the activities involved with negotiation, preparation, and execution of contracts or programs between the company and customers to ensure fulfillment of all contractual and program requirements.
• Ensure financial success for projects and programs.
• Work across teams to align schedules and activities, foster regular review meetings, and maintain schedule alignment.
• Lead efforts for transition to manufacturing and manage supplier engagements to ensure smooth interfaces between development teams.
• Meet customer program milestones on time and meet deliverables outlined within the product development process.
• Accountable for program team performance and execution of program deliverables.
• Assist factory teams to research and resolve customer problems.
• Facilitate communication between management team and customers.
• Conform to company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in a related field with 2–5 years in project or program management.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to perform with ambiguous and incomplete information in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving, critical thinking, and hands‑on skills.

Location

Must work on‑site for 5 days at the Simi Valley, CA location.

Regulatory Compliance

This role involves access to technical data and/or hardware subject to U.S. export control laws (ITAR/EAR). Employment is contingent upon verifying U.S. Person status or obtaining required government authorization.

Compensation

Salary range: $110,000 – $158,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
