Job summary

Sabre Industries in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a capable Contract Administrator to serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, guiding projects from receipt of orders to invoicing.

You will manage sales orders in Epicor, ensure accurate input of all orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with customers, purchasing, engineering, and shipping. A college degree and 5+ years' customer service or PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or college degree preferred.
• At least five years of customer service experience and/or project management.
• Manufacturing and shipping knowledge preferred.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while overseeing Small Structure Count orders and order entry from PO to invoicing.
• Input orders in Epicor ERP accurately.
• Assign Sales Orders through Epicor.
• Coordinate and document project information from the original proposal into new, color coordinated job folders.
• Update the daily job report when processing new Sales Orders.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all customers and internal teams.
