Sabre Industries, Inc. seeks a detail‑driven professional to liaison between Sabre Towers and customers, manage projects from inception to delivery, and ensure accurate ERP input using Epicor. Strong coordination with sales, engineering and production is essential.

You will handle order entry, schedule communications, and document project files while maintaining excellent customer relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate or college degree preferred.
• At least five years of customer service experience and/or project management.
• Manufacturing and shipping knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional customer service while overseeing and managing projects.
• Input of utility jobs, professional services, and orders in Epicor ERP.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain relationships with customers, engineers, and vendors.
• Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping, Accounting).
• Create and maintain project folders and schedules.
