AMIkids Inc. is seeking a Program Liaison Specialist to coordinate and manage assigned projects, contracts, and program activities while ensuring financial, operational, and compliance requirements are met.

You will oversee budgets, invoices, and audits, and serve as the primary contact among internal staff, funding agencies, partners, and stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, multi-project leadership, and travel to support activities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience with coordinating budgets and contracts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects, contracts, and program activities.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and administrative processes.
• Process invoices, vendor set-up/updates, and track donations and tax renewals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and assignments.
• Monitor performance and compliance against contract requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with staff, partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Document outcomes and track action items to ensure deliverables.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and program materials.
• Support audits and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate across locations and travel as required.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
