Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Program Coordinator Manager to oversee program delivery and staffing at the site. You will supervise Program Coordinators and collaborate with site leadership on scheduling and PTO management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in behavioral health setting is required.
• 6+ months experience leading or supervising teams OR 1+ years’ experience within ERC demonstrating leadership aptitude is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in behavioral health setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the assigned team to ensure effective performance.
• Ensure staff have the skills, tools, and capabilities to perform duties.
• Use HR processes (performance management, development, succession planning) to meet standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new Program Coordinators; mentor licensure supervision assignments.
• Develop flexible staffing plans to align with patient census.
• Participate in group facilitation and provide direct patient care support when needed.
• Ensure documentation for Coordinators is complete and compliant with standards.
