Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead counseling services and supervise the clinical team, delivering patient-centered care and ensuring program quality. You will set the service model, supervise staff, and coordinate with community resources to support high-impact care.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in mental health and an active state license, with 5+ years of experience in mood, anxiety, eating disorders or trauma, plus 2+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) in the assigned state is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders or trauma-related disorders.
• Experience with clinical treatment of these disorders is required.
• If working at an eating disorder location, 5+ years with eating disorders is required.
• 2+ years of management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for counseling services and supervise the clinical team.
• Define and refine the counseling service model and strategy.
• Oversee staff, coordinate with community resources, and monitor service delivery.
• Identify new services strategies, partnerships, and resource needs.
• Assign patients to counselors and monitor service quality.
• Oversee case file management, tracking reports, and management summaries.
• Recruit, train, and support staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Monitor delivery of services for quality, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain clinical budget and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and coordination with other departments.
