Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston is seeking a seasoned programs leader to support, promote, and enhance the organization's mission and strategic direction. The role emphasizes developing systems and plans to ensure high-quality programming across multiple Clubs and priority initiatives.

You will oversee outcome management for key programs, guide staff, and cultivate strategic relationships to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years in nonprofit operations management and supervision.
• Knowledge of nonprofit mission, policies, and program procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: prioritize programs for focus and implementation across Clubs.
• Program Management: oversee day-to-day activities and evaluate program impact.
• Grant Management: coordinate with finance and development; write reports as needed.
• Resource Management: monitor budgets and recordkeeping for priority programs.
• Partnership Development: build collaborations with schools and community groups.
• Relationships: represent BGCGH on committees and boards.
