Job summary

Channel Islands YMCA seeks a Department or Program Lead to assist the Program Director with enrollment processing, staff scheduling, and branch communications. You will help maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for members and guests while upholding program standards.

This role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to obtain required certifications within 60 days of hire.

• Provide general oversight of branch operations and member services
