Job summary

Channel Islands YMCA seeks a Programs Instructor to referee, coach, or supervise sports programs and ensure safe, welcoming activities for members and guests.

You will enforce policies, respond to emergencies, set up equipment, and deliver inclusive instruction while maintaining high customer service standards. Eligibility includes being at least 16 years old with required clearances and training within two weeks of hire.
