Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Darpa STO Program Lead SETA to oversee program management for the Cattle Run effort, driving budget, schedule, and technical performance. The role requires close coordination with DARPA IV&V entities and transition partners, to ensure project management best practices and successful reviews.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in space technology, leadership of research programs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance required.
Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas to support program goals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Track program and performer progress against plans; organize program deliverables and documentation.
Lead periodic performer assessments to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Evaluate technical reports and create plans to address issues.
Engage stakeholders across DoD agencies and services.
Administer program activities: risk management, cost estimation, tech transfer, and reviews.
Prepare DARPA work products including presentations and reports.
Attend and organize program reviews, site visits, and field tests.
Support development of new solicitations and source selection activities.
