Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is seeking a Program Lead SETA to provide program management support to a government client developing solar propulsion technology for cislunar space and payload delivery.

You will track budget, schedule, and technical performance, coordinate with transition partners and IV&V actors, organize reviews, and ensure DARPA program management practices are followed. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience with DoD or government contracts.
• Ability to track budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
• Experience coordinating with IV&V entities.
• Top secret clearance (TS) required.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans; organize deliverables.
• Lead periodic assessments to analyze risks and mitigation plans.
• Evaluate reports and create plans to address issues.
• Engage DoD stakeholders and partners across services.
• Administer programmatic activities including risk management and cost estimation.
• Prepare DARPA work products and organize reviews/site visits.
