Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. seeks a Program Lead SETA to provide program management support to our government client. The program develops solar propulsion technology and demonstrates the ability of solar sails to enable presence in cislunar space while carrying useful payloads.

The ideal candidate will track budget, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating with transition partners and IV&V entities funded by DARPA. TS Clearance is required and on-site work in Arlington, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current TS Clearance is required.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar areas quickly and support cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans and deliverables.
• Lead periodic assessments to analyze risks and mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate technical reports and develop plans to address issues.
• Engage stakeholders across DoD and transition partners.
• Administer programmatic activities including risk management and cost estimation.
• Prepare DARPA work products, presentations, and reports.
• Attend and organize program reviews, site visits, and field tests.
• Support solicitation development and source selection efforts.
