Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Darpa STO Program Lead SETA to provide program management for the Cattle Run program in Arlington, VA. Lead coordination with transition partners and IV&V entities, tracking budget, schedule, and technical performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, an active TS clearance, and a degree (BA/BS or higher). Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential for success in this fast-paced, cross‑disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans, proactively identify and address problems, and organize program deliverables and documentation.
• Lead monthly or bi-weekly performer assessments to analyze program, technical, and schedule risks; develop risk mitigation strategies; communicate findings to program manager.
• Evaluate technical reports, briefings, and other performer communications and create plans to address issues.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborators across the various DoD agencies and services.
• Administer programmatic activities, including development of technical analysis, identification of technology gaps, risk management, cost estimation, technology transfer efforts, and supporting technical reviews.
• Prepare DARPA work products, including presentations and reports.
• Attend and organize program reviews, site visits, and field tests.
• Support further research solicitation development and source selection activities for new program efforts.
