Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a Program Lead SETA to manage a solar propulsion program for a government client. You will track budget, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating with transition partners and IV&V entities.

The role requires hands-on leadership in project management, risk analysis, and test coordination, with DoD and DARPA collaboration. Strong communication and rapid subject-matter learning are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas to support program goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter who can lead and support in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment.
• Strong organization skills and on-site work readiness.
• Current TS Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans and organize deliverables.
• Lead monthly or bi-weekly assessments to analyze risks and mitigation plans.
• Evaluate technical reports and create plans to address issues.
• Engage stakeholders across DoD agencies and services.
• Administer program activities including risk management and cost estimation.
