Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• At least 5 years of Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas to support program goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter who can lead and also support in a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 100% on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans and deliverables.
• Lead periodic performer assessments to analyze risks and mitigate.
• Evaluate technical reports and plans to address issues.
• Engage stakeholders across DoD agencies and services.
• Administer program tasks including cost estimation and risk management.
• Prepare DARPA work products and reports.
• Attend and organize program reviews, site visits, and tests.
• Support new program solicitation development and source selection.
