Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical SETA candidate to provide onsite support to DARPA’s STO in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on leading project management activities, risk analysis, and coordination with DoD to advance breakthrough technologies for national security.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a STEM field, strong communication skills, EW experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. On-site work in Arlington is expected.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience leading diverse technical teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare, ES/EP, analog and signal-processing techniques including digital beamforming, RF lens beamforming, photonic beamforming, and signal detection.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support a DARPA program manager by participating in or leading project management activities.
  • Perform technical and programmatic risk analysis.
  • Coordinate program-funded test coordination and transition with DoD.
  • Coordinate meetings, assess performer technical progress, and project outcomes.
  • Ensure best practices are followed by performers, IV&V entities, and DARPA.
  • Develop point papers, slide decks, and other materials that convey program status.
  • Research unique problem-set ideas to aid national security priorities.
  • Provide daily tracking of the program.

Technical SETA - STO

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Science, Engineering, and Technical Advisory (SETA) candidate to provide onsite support to DARPA’s Strategic Technology Office (STO) in Arlington, VA.

Please note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

STO’s mission is to develop technology to give national security leaders trusted, disruptive capabilities to win in all physical domains. STO seeks to carry out DARPA’s mission of creating high‑risk, high‑reward “breakthrough” technologies with a focus on ambitious, difficult, and revolutionary projects that achieve significant changes or fundamental shifts in technical capabilities and give our warfighters new ways to fight.

Responsibilities
  • Support a DARPA program manager by participating in or leading project management activities.
  • Perform technical and programmatic risk analysis.
  • Coordinate program‑funded test coordination and transition with DoD.
  • Coordinate meetings, assess performer technical progress, and project outcomes.

Salary

Salary Range: 120,000-180,000.
