Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead for Slippery Rock, PA. The role supports day-to-day management of programs, reporting to the Program Manager, and may carry a caseload. Shifts are 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

Responsibilities include leading staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety and quality of care for participants. Must excel in communication, prioritization, and teamwork.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care tasks including ADLs, food prep, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage house needs: menu, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home.
