Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Jenkintown, PA to oversee day-to-day program activities and deliver high-quality services to participants. The role may manage a caseload and coordinates with the Program Manager to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills, can lead staff, manage schedules, handle ADLs and medication administration, and maintain a safe, compliant home environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities to include ADL's, food preparation/feeding, maintaining required supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manages all household needs including menu development, grocery shopping, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home.
