Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Jenkintown, PA to oversee day-to-day management of programs within the division. Reports to the Program Manager and may manage a caseload, ensuring high-quality services for participants.

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or 4–5 years of experience in a human services residential setting.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• NADSP Certification within first year of hire if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on shift and serve as point person.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care tasks (ADLs, meals, supervision).
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee house needs: menu, groceries, housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness, routine maintenance, and repairs.
