Qualifications

• Experience Required: Prior job-related experience preferred.
• Education: A.A. degree or equivalent and 12 E.C.E. units preferred; experience as an instructor in a child daycare or in an educational setting required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for county probation departments, Air Tutors, and the Stanford University research team
• Assist in compiling and reporting data and information for grant deliverables
• Project management through documentation and implementation of processes and plans
• Tracking and reporting on tutoring schedules and implementation
• Facilitate meetings by creating and sending agendas, taking minutes, and leading discussions
• Ensure grant program leadership has the necessary information and data for meetings
• Experience preferred: prior job-related program management or coordination experience

Education

A.A. degree or equivalent
