Job summary

California Community Foundation in Los Angeles seeks a Program Manager for Education Research and Special Projects to lead research, evaluation, and data work for the education team, with a focus on the public/private partnership with the Los Angeles County Probation Department.

This project-based position runs for at least one year, with potential to extend to three years, and requires collaboration with evaluators, grant reviewers, and program officers to inform funding decisions and

Qualifications

• Experience in education, nonprofit and/or philanthropic sector preferred.
• Knowledge of evaluating programs and outcomes in youth development or criminal justice contexts.
• Ability to manage consultants and project teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Manage Research, Evaluation, and Data for Public/Private Partnership; set expectations for reporting, and data submission.
• Support P/PP Administration: design rubrics, train reviewers, organize data, produce reports.
• Support Research and Data Analysis for Education Team: gather, analyze, and visualize education-related data.
• Support Grantmaking and Convening Activities: collaborate on data-informed strategies and grant processes.
