Sonoma State University is seeking a Project Rebound Program Director to guide recruitment and success of formerly incarcerated students transitioning to higher education. You will supervise staff and manage program operations, budget oversight, and coordination with campus and community resources.

The role acts as a strategic partner and liaison, advocating for participants, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating wraparound services to support academic and career success.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in educational or student support services.
• At least one year in program management or coordination; supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or related field; Master’s preferred.
