Clark County Juvenile Court is seeking a Program Manager II to lead probation services, supervise staff, and coordinate community programs within the Juvenile Justice continuum.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in social science, five years of related experience, strong grants management, program development, and written and verbal communication skills, and will advance balanced and restorative justice practices across partnerships with schools, health and community

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in social science or closely related field, plus five (5) years of professional work experience in youth related services.
• Knowledge of balanced and restorative justice principles and practice; ability to apply in juvenile justice programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage probation services, support staff, and community programs.
• Develop and administer program budget and contracts with outside agencies.
• Plan, design, and evaluate program goals, policies, and procedures; supervise staff and interns.
• Collaborate with schools, medical, mental health, and other providers serving youth.
